Dear Member
It is good practice to review club documents and policies from time to time. The committee reviewed our current constitution, and after consultation with a Sports Club expert, provided to our club by the City of Gosnells, we have amended some of our club documents including our constitution. For it take effect at our AGM, this meeting has been called.
Changes has been noted on the side of the attached document
These include
-
a smaller committee, making our meeting more efficient and streamlined. The committee will have 2 distinct objectives ie conducting the business/financial side, of running the club and the business of hockey side, of running the club. Sub commitees will be intergral to help all committee members in running their roles.

some committee rolls are renamed
-
term of office for our committee to increase to 3 years, ie 1 year to understand the position/role during its cycle and 2 years of successfully running the roll
