Whole Club 2018 Pre-Season Information

Starting Sunday the 11th February and every Sunday after that, we will be holding a preseason fitness bootcamp at the club from 9am till about 10am.

This will be an hour long session with a mix of running and a bootcamp.

We are opening up these sessions to everyone at the club so we encourage everyone who can to come down both new and returning members. Top squad members are welcome to come down for an extra session.

It will be tough at the start but we plan to try and make it rewarding yet fun for everyone.

If you are planning on attending please bring water and a towel, change rooms will be open for toilets as we do not have access to the clubrooms until late March/April.

See you all there!
