Starting the Sunday the 11th of February and every Sunday after that, we will be holding a preseason fitness boot-camp at the club from 9am till about 10am. This will be an hour long session with a mix of running and a boot-camp style activities

We are opening up these sessions to everyone at the club so we encourage everyone who can to come down both new and returning members. It will be tough at the start but we plan to try and make it rewarding yet fun for everyone. If you are planning on attending please bring water and a towel, change rooms will be open for toilets as we do not have access to the club-rooms until late March/April.

Men’s and Women’s top squads have already commenced pre-season and more information can be found on the training page under player information. Top squad members are welcomed to come down for an extra session.
